If you’ve ever wished you were that organized and thoughtful person who can reach into her “gift closet” and pull out the perfect present for anyone at any time, this is the gift guide for you!
You know when you need a gift for someone at the last minute, or feel like you should get one more little thing for someone? This list is full of beauty gifts that would be universally loved but still feel personal. That makes them perfect for anyone – from your friends to your sister, mom, aunt or even Secret Santa!
When NARS released additional products to match their best-selling Orgasm blush, this nail polish ($20) immediately went on my wish list. The peachy pink shade has a beautiful shimmer and would be flattering on anyone. It’s also something I probably wouldn’t get for myself but would be so excited to receive.
These Lime Crime Pop On Nails ($14) are just a fun present. I heard about these from the Fat Mascara podcast, where beauty editor Jenn raved about them. While at first glance they might seem like they’re more suitable for someone younger, they’d be a great way to try out the chrome nail trend.
Shu Uemura is known for having one of the world’s best eyelash curlers. Remember how it was name-dropped in “The Devil Wears Prada”? This limited edition gold version ($21) would make an amazing gift for anyone on your list.
Charlotte Tilbury makes some amazing lipsticks – the shape makes it easy to apply, the formula is comfortable and long-lasting, and the packaging is simply gorgeous. Bitch Perfect ($34) is a peach-toned creamy nude and one of their top sellers.
I love cream eye shadows – they’re so easy to apply, are typically long wearing and last forever. This sheer metallic one by RMS Beauty ($28) gets rave reviews. While it comes in many colors, Myth is a pale browny taupe mink shade with a subtle shimmer that would be super wearable.
Bite Beauty is one of my favorite lipstick brands. Their formulas are beautiful, moisturizing and comfortable to wear. This limited edition for the holidays, Spiced Plum ($26), is a gorgeous metallic berry red that’s just the right level of fancy.
Hand cream feels like a luxurious gift, even when it’s not super expensive. Fresh makes really nice products and this hand cream ($23) is rich and buttery, with seaberry and cranberry seed oils.
This is probably one of the most practical gifts on the list. I use my Beautyblender almost every day, but even if you do a good job of cleaning it regularly, you need to replace it few times a year. The original Beautyblender with a mini solid cleanser ($25) would be a perfect stocking stuffer.
Tom Ford products are definitely a splurge. This lip slick ($54) is a non-sticky, high-shine, glossy lip tint. It’s infused with jojoba and coconut oil and comes in 4 shades. And since it’s a tint, you don’t really have to worry about getting the color just right, which makes it a perfect gift!
This product is insanely expensive, but it’s the epitome of luxury. If you gave this to someone, they would feel so appreciated! Sisley’s Black Rose Cream Mask ($162) is a beauty editor favorite. It’s designed to instantly reduce signs of aging and fatigue, rejuvenate skin and restore vitality.
